Weisbaden Germany - 1988: Our first baby! Robert arrived early in February. Needless to say, mom was very excited! Robert was a happy baby. He started cutting teeth and walking around nine months.

The 7100CSW Medical Center

As a Diet Therapist, I worked in the Nutritional Medicine Department of the 7100CSW Medical Center for three and a half years. Affectionately know as the chow hall, the Nutritional Medicine Department provided over 600 meals a day for pateints and staff.

I started working in the dietary office writing meal tickets and assembling trays for pateints. Later I moved out onto the kitchen floor. I received all the usual training, baking, salad making, gravies, and beverage support. Next it was onto purchasing and storage.

Wonders of the Taunus Mountains

Above the city of Weisbaden rolls the Taunus mountains. A cathedral sits on the hill overlooking the city. Driving throught the mountains is a wonderful experience. They're packed with trees and the occassional tourist attraction.
