FIVE A's for ROBERT!York County, VA - April 1999 The report cards came home today, and we learned that Robert earned strait A's! While Robert has always had good grades, often making honor roll, recently he's had some trouble in certain classes. Reading has been a particularly difficult class for Rob. The first two reporting periods this school year he earned C's for reading. We're very proud of Robert for earning strait A's. According to our agreement, the boys get one dollar for every A, and one dollar for every grade they improve. Of course, they loose a dollar for every grade that drops. Let's see, that means Robert gets $6.00 for this report card! As Robert goes into 6th grade next year, I plan to raise the stakes to two dollars an A. | |||||
